"For the third consecutive time, Manpower company hosted an inspiring event that brought together authors of blog posts from the ""Ask the Experts"" section to celebrate another successful cycle. We reaffirmed the importance of sharing knowledge and practices that have proven successful, and we concluded that when people come together with the common goal of exchanging ideas and experiences, it is possible to open doors for creativity and innovation.

Attendees had the opportunity to enjoy a guided tour of the current exhibition at the Legacy of Petar Lubarda, followed by a short lecture on HR 2.0: Redefining with Design Thinking given by the co-author of the book ""Design Thinking: How to Create Products People Want"" and UX researcher at Nordeus, Milovan Dekić. Thanks to the insightful insights from the lecture, we received answers to some of the questions - how design thinking helps companies creatively solve challenges, how to discover and interpret the needs of employees, and how to design initiatives in that direction.

We continued our gathering with refreshments and quality discussions, exchanging experiences.
