On behalf of our client, Ardagh Group, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Process Excellence Manager

Opis posla

  • Governing and supporting the AMPE Process Community to continuously drive the identification and definition of value streams at the different detail levels across our AMPE Process Map
  • Drive the operational implementation of change requests to realize our strategic target organization along regulatory and internal requirements in alignment with all functional stakeholders
  • Enable the product teams to structure the underlying processes in a consistent, accurate, and appealing manner by coaching them but also by providing tools, methods, and frameworks
  • Support the development of pragmatic and sustainable modeling standards and frameworks for efficient management of business processes including process risks, controls, and KPIs
  • Set up presentations, decision documents as well as recommendations to the Senior Management team and subsequent SteerCos
  • Preparation and execution of workshops together with Process Owners and Process architects to promote end-to-end collaboration
  • Supervision a Process and Document System Expert providing the necessary tool-based process modeling and document management support

Zahtevi pozicije

  • Successfully completed studies with a business focus or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a leadership function and/or stakeholder management
  • Several years of relevant experience in business organizations or consulting with a focus on organizational and business process management in overhead (S&GA) functions
  • Expert in Business Process Modelling Techniques Tools
  • Exceptional conceptional creative skills in setting up and maintaining process governance, frameworks, and modeling paired with an analytical mindset
  • High level of proactiveness, decision making and business-oriented thinking, acting, and stakeholder orientation
  • Convincing personality, ability to communicate professionally with/to stakeholders and set up professional presentations
  • Structured and focused approach to work as well as the ability to understand and abstract a complex context and prepare relevant decision-making documents
  • Excellent English skills and an international mindset
