On behalf of our client, leader in high tech, which accelerates innovation and technology in all businesses, we are searching for a Country Chief Accountant to cover all company entities in Serbia.

Opis posla

Responsible for all company entities on the territory of Serbia
Ensure the compliance of the Financial Statements either in front of Group reporting or local jurisdictions
Preparation of the monthly / quarterly / yearly reports
Leading new accounting processes and streamlining existing processes
Support the digital transformation projects
Being in accounting matters the first point of contact to stake holders, such as management, business, authorities, process owners, internal and external auditors
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
Lead and implement changes driven by the local laws
Own the accounting related internal key controls
Animate the local accounting team members

Zahtevi pozicije

5 + years of accounting experience in a similar position
Experience with accounting systems (SAP ERP is a strong advantage)
Open minded, flexible, problem solving skills and team oriented person
Strong financial analysis skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
