On behalf of our client, an independent Swiss development organization that is building capacity in all over the world, Helvetas, ManpowerGroup Serbia is looking for a motivated candidate to fill the regional position of: Human Resource Manager


Opis posla

  • Review current National Personnel Regulations and advice on improvements that ensure alignment within the region including the assessment of feasibility of having one Regional Personnel
  • Regulation and leading on its subsequent development and implementation. This includes the review, improvement and alignment of pay and benefit schemes
  • Review corporate HR guidelines and codes of conduct and ensure that Helvetas EE/SEE policies are aligned
  • Monitor implementation of policies, inform staff, especially new staff, of all regulations, including regular sensitization webinars on Codes of Conduct at least once per year
  • Set up and manage a regional HR community of practice in which HR focal persons from projects (PMs/other) participate, exchange on best practice, challenges and learnings, and which serves as a channel to ensure information dissemination and regional/corporate alignment
  • Develop and implement a modern and IT-based HR system for the region that allows effective management of different HR processes as well as ensuring appropriate documentation and oversight
  • Advise on staff planning, recruitment needs, replacements and succession
  • In collaboration with the Head of Finance and Administration, ensure staff have been allocated correct salaries as per the Salary
  • Matrix and contracts are renewed on time
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for regional senior staff including expats, regional management unit and project management (selection panel, selection of CVs, interview questions/guide, interviews, selection of candidates, reference checks) and advise national HR focal persons/managers on recruitment processes
  • Ensure that the working environment remains pleasant and collegial and signal any issues that may occur affecting teamwork and/or staff’s performance
  • Prepare an annual overview of training plans/needs of staff as agreed during performance appraisals (requires central filing of appraisals and extraction of HRD plans)

Zahtevi pozicije

  • Degree in Human Resources or Degree in Administration with HR components
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of Human Resource practices and procedures, knowledge on administration, basic knowledge on finance
  • Experience and knowledge of different countries in the region is an asset
  • Work in iNGO/local NGO environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of English language is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet/email, HRM IT solutions
