Opis posla

Organizing administrative activities for smooth office operations
Design and implement office processes, policies and standards
Office equipment supplies research, evaluate and recommend to minimize costs and meet organization business needs
Resolving administrative problems and inquiries
Organizing maintenance services for office equipment
Purchasing of office equipment, stationary and other supplies review of stock and ordering
Procurement for office Infrastructure and maintenance support
Organizing and coordination of office maintenance and cleaning service
Documentation archiving
Answering, screening and transferring inbound phone calls
Receiving, logging and directing visitors and clients and providing them with logistic support
Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence
Organizing all types of postage/package/ delivery and forwarding services
Logistic support for affiliate meetings trainings (conference room preparation, material, drinks food)
Travel logistic support for regional/global company’s visitors
Managing administrative support for the Country Manager

Zahtevi pozicije

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, would be preferable
Fluent in English
Proficiency in MS Office
At least 2 years of experience in administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible and organized
Proactive and fast learner
