Opis posla

Ensure purchase order accuracy (products, quantities, pricing, delivery dates, payment terms) for effective operations and service delivery.
Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs
Calculating the quantity and costs of materials
Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials
Negotiate with subcontractors
Keep track of construction materials and inventory
Identify potential financial or construction risks
Document progress, materials, and reports on project
Advise on property taxes, regulations, and local laws
Utilize software to calculate, record, and track inventory and estimates
End-to-end process delivery: purchasing to pay and monitoring performance of suppliers and subcontractors, other stakeholders
Regular reporting to management on supplier performance and issues, foreseeing potential risks and opportunities.

Zahtevi pozicije

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Construction Engineering
7 years of experience in similar position
Strong experience and deep knowledge of best practices in procurement and supply chain management
Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results
Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets, strong estimating and financial analysis skills
In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
Fluency in English (B2)
Highly developed computer skills (MS Office)
Active driving license (B)
