Regional Sales Development Manager (BiH, MK, CG)
Location: Belgrade



Job description:
Responsible for pharmaceutical product portfolio in regional countries
Execution of marketing and sales plan, strategy and activities plans including investments.
Responsible for budget, forecast and P&L of the regions
Actively monitors portfolio performance and controls the budget
Development of commercial policies and procedures, including negotiation terms
Actively seek new sales opportunities for their potential to grow the company’s business
Initiates portfolio changes and other activities based on market potential
Regular visits to all regional countries
Sales and marketing analysis, market access, pricing structure and competitor analysis
Develop and ensure delivery of strategies to grow business
Responsible for optimization of organizational structure in regional countries to support company growth and development
Regular reporting including presentations and other ad-hoc reports
Lead and develop team members


Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Stomatology
Minimum 5 years relevant experience Sales in the Pharma industry
Regional experience
Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels
Strong MS Office skills
Fluent in English.
