On behalf of our client, the company on a mission to simplify business banking, ManpowerGroup Serbia is searching for an exceptional candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fill the position of Product Owner - Onboarding, Identity & Security

Funkcija

In the mid-term, you will be working very closely on identity management related features such as onboarding, KYC and similar functionalities which make sure that we can consistently improve the account opening and account management experience for our customers.
You will be working on creating functional customer requirements to ensure predictable and consistent delivery of all features related to various needs of our customers.
We follow an agile process and spend most of our time truly understanding our customers’ needs before developing even the first line of code.
You’ll be leading a cross-functional team of designers, developers and other stakeholders to build products which deliver value to our customers on a daily basis.
You will have responsibility for the management of the delivery, including managing the backlog, roadmap, grooming with your cross-functional team and of course managing integration conversations with potential partners.
Additionally, you will be in constant conversation with our marketing and customer relations team to ensure that everybody is in the loop for new iterations of the product and so that the product releases make a big impact for our customers.
You will improve the product on an ongoing basis, based on direct feedback from customers and other stakeholders.

We're looking for  bold,  ambitious  individuals to shake up business banking with us.
You love working in teams and truly believe that only by working together you can reach the best results.
You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in a product team
Having worked in a FinTech company is a major plus, as is experience in running your own business.
You understand APIs and how they can be used to provide customers with the possibility to integrate our product into the apps & services they use.
Product management tools like Jira and Confluence and usual office tools such as Excel and Powerpoint are part of your skillset.
You know the usual methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, however from your own experience you know that none of these methodologies can ever be perfect without adopting them.
You can clearly articulate your views based on data gathered by speaking to customers and analyzing large internal / external datasets with Excel, SQL and tools such as Tableau.
When managing multiple projects at once, you have no problem in meeting ambitious deadlines and you can organize cross-functional teams while being constantly transparent about your progress to the entire company’s team.
