On behalf of our client, Canon , ManpowerGroup Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Partner Manager B2B.


Opis posla


  • Supporting achievement of budget for assigned partners
  • Partner Relationship Management with assigned Partners
  • Set up Partner Business Plans and execute QBR
  • Set up MDF activities plan and monitor execution with a partner base
  • Set up product and sales training plans for partner base
  • Implementation of product marketing promotions
  • Continuous monitoring of sales turnover and performance with a partner base
  • Ensure required reporting in a prompt and thorough manner meeting specified deadlines
  • Execution based on defined process standards and tools
  • Market research analysis and tracking of competitor activities for the assigned territory
  • Plan product demonstrations and product training
  • Sales forecast, facilitate communication on orders, overdue management
  • Executing Partner Programme-related local duties (onboarding new Partners, regular execution of the Programme
    elements according to CCEE guidelines)
  • Executing Partner Portal-related local duties (up-to-date contact account information, the drive of usage, and user experience)
  • SFDC local maintenance of required sections according to CCEE guidelines (Pipeline Management, Account Contact
  • Lead follow-up progression through certified Partners according to CCEE guidelines
  • Execute Channel enablement activities


Zahtevi pozicije

  • Experience and success in a similar role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, sales mindset, and effective relationships building
  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative as well as within a team
  • Solid commercial and financial awareness
  • Sound knowledge of IT tools
  • Business English, the national language
  • Driving license
