Opis posla

You will be leading/coordinating and delivering projects and services for external clients with a team of consultants in following areas:

• Product costing advisory - methodology and process review of management accounting structures and processes; providing diagnostic analysis on existing cost models; providing advice
  for new cost allocation and support in implementation of IT solutions.
• Planning process - improvement of planning process to increase efficiency and transparency and support business performance; support in implementation and process improvement of yearly
  budgeting process, rolling forecast, long-term planning, etc.
• Reporting and analysis - support in setting up management reporting and respective key performance indicators; design and implementation of profitability reports in various dashboarding solutions; develop Financial and non-Financial business case models; data analysis using modern technologies.
• Finance function transformation - diagnostic assessment of Finance function (maturity and AS-IS assessment) and recommendations for improvement; support of cost reduction and
  transformation programs; enhancing consolidation, period closing process and other reporting procedures supporting external and internal reporting; Implementation of new technology solutions in Finance (e.g. ERP, Business Intelligence, etc.); build roadmap for future Finance and Business vision.
• Accounting advisory - IFRS conversions, application of new IFRS standards, recommendations to accounting policies, transaction accounting including post deal accounting and valuation, carve out financial statements and general support with accounting standards change).
• Capital markets - IPOs, equity and debt offerings and listed company M&A on a range of clients, projects, industries and territories.
• Structuring services - solutions to support a broad range of transactions, including acquisition, divestments, IPOs, Capital Projects, group reorganisations, financial restructuring and strategic alliances.
• Coaching and leading more junior members.

Zahtevi pozicije

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in economics, business studies, accounting or finance
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Serbian and English
• Strong problem solving mindset
• Achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis
