Opis posla

To lead the development of Kimberly-Clark’s business in the country via active management of business partners (distributors, KA retail chains). Oversee the development of the business in order to achieve sustainable profitable growth in the country.
• Manage Kimberly-Clark’s business in the territory to achieve agreed KPIs.
• Management of distributors’ via customer negotiations at the highest level.  
• Negotiation of annual / quarterly customer plans in-line with region’s targets.
• Review progress towards plans, identifying issues and convert them into growth opportunities.
• Continuously driving growth of Sell-out by:  
- Setting distribution (coverage), sales volume and value targets, and monitoring execution  
- Building strong business relationship with distributors so that they give top priority to KC products.
• Directly supporting sales to key retailers by participating in negotiations with them and presenting business and promo plans.
• Working with Marketing to develop relevant sales support plans including promo plans for KAs.
• Provide accurate sales forecast by product for the region based on execution of the company plans with key customers.
• Monitor the progress towards latest forecast and sales plan and identify gaps and opportunities to achieve and exceed the sales Plan.

Zahtevi pozicije

• University degree is desirable
• Knowledge and activity associated with an advanced degree in FMCG business
• Minimum 5 years of experience FMCG business management
• Strong understanding of P&L
• English language
• Ability and desire to promote and implement changes focused on those business decisions which impact the sales results
• High level of organizational and personal maturity, initiative, strong planning capabilities, personal organization and prioritization
• Advanced presentation skills
• Brand strategy understanding
• Assertive, yet sensitive to others’ needs
• Strong negotiator
• Ability to work by own/ownership mindset
