Opis posla

The Warehouse Clerk is a member of the logistics department and operates in the most advanced automated warehouse in the industry. The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for receiving and issuing the materials, coordinating of warehouse activities, and operating variety of equipment in a warehouse by Compliance with Company’s Health & Safety policy and procedures. In this role, you would:
▪ Organize work in the warehouse in accordance with legal regulations, company procedures and set goals
▪ Coordinate activities in the warehouse, including unloading, storing, loading, issuing and inventory management of materials
▪ Use the transactions of the SAP operating system, MES application and WMS to record and control the movement of materials stocks
▪ Participate in the implementation of ERP, MES, and WMS systems
▪ Identify and eliminate problems, errors and participate in projects improvement
▪ Operate to meet departmental goals and quality targets
▪ Follow defined procedures and give proposals for their improvements
▪ Update all documents used in the warehouse procedure
▪ ensure the quality and quantity of goods in the warehouse
▪ Contribute to the definition and constant improvement of EHS standards, promoting them among the team and ensuring their compliance during the shift
▪ Maintain and keep established housekeeping standards
▪ Respect and implement the measures of the Code of Conduct of the warehousing department
▪ Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal team results
▪ Implement instructions received from superiors within its operations
▪ Participate in projects, training activities and meetings as required
▪ Follow Safety rules and protection measures and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy and procedures

Zahtevi pozicije


To be successful in this role, you would have:
▪ High school or University degree
▪ Work experience in warehouse
▪ SAP/MES/WMS experience
▪ Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages
▪ Intermediate level in English
▪ Independent working ability, analytical ability and ability to work in a team
▪ Adequate communication skills
