On behalf of our client, reputable international manufacturing company Leoni, ManpowerGroup Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfil the position of HR Business Partner Head



Opis posla

  • Leading the HR Business Partner organization unit on a production facility level and setting procedures, technical standards and methods, and priorities
  • Monitoring short to mid-term execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the unit
  • Monitoring legal compliance, adherence to policies and HR processes
  • Planning, managing, and developing service delivery following defined objectives and KPIs on country/production facility level
  • Participating in defining budgets for HR Business Partnering activities
  • Implementing policies and procedures and ensuring policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and other relevant stakeholders
  • Designing and managing HR programs in defining responsibilities
  • Planning the regular team activity
  • Managing employee life-cycle for management in the assigned organizational area
  • Recruiting effectively (internally and externally) for country/site key positions, focusing on continuously enlarging the available talent pool
  • Identifying the risks, analyzing them, and identifying the solutions for their reduction /removal
  • Being a functional contact person for colleagues in own area of responsibility, for related interfaces in specific topics and various special/non-standard topics
  • Identifying the training and development needs of subordinated direct reports and team members
  • Member of the Kraljevo Plant management team

Zahtevi pozicije

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the production environment, preferably automotive industry
  • Fluent in the English language
  • Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Strong change management and project management skills
  • Flexible and with a solution-oriented mindset
