On behalf of our client, international production company, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Quality Project Coordinator

Opis posla

Coordination of the quality sub-team (Team 8 according Golden Eye principle) in a holistic way, which includes quality representatives from all quality aspects to be developed (e.g.: Q-Suppliers, Q-Customer, Q-Series, Q-Planner, QMS, etc.) within the project
Be the quality representative into the project´s core teams
Responsible for setting the project-specific scope of activities and resource management for stable axle; fulfillment of quality KPI in the assigned projects under consideration of existing guidelines with maximum customer satisfaction
Continuous improvement for projects and series
Reporting overall status quality regarding the project

Zahtevi pozicije

University degree in Engineering field (Mechanical Engineer, Quality Engineer, or similar)
Several years of professional experience in Quality automotive
Good Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3
High Knowledge of core tools and AIAG Manuals (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA), as well as problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, Pareto, 8D, etc.)
Fluency in the English language
Competence in lateral leadership, strong communications skills
