On behalf of our client, leading international company, ManpowerGroup Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfil the position of HR Services Manager.


Opis posla

Designing and implementing the company’s HR strategy, policies and procedures ensuring efficient, high quality and standardized service
Provide guidance on the application of key HR policies and practices across the company to build synergy and consistency
Managing HR budgeting processes
Leading an effective HR operational service including payroll, employees’ administration, and labor relations, organizational design, compensation and benefits and HR information systems
Implementing continuous improvement processes to ensure that all HR operational systems and processes are fit for purpose
Plan, organize and coordinate HR projects and initiatives using the project management approach
Developing and maintaining relationships across a broad range of stakeholders, including managers, employees and labor unions as well as third parties
Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle HR processes including new hire processing, onboarding, internal movements, exits, and maintenance of employee records
Providing proactive, professional advice and practical experience on employee relations issues including employment, performance management, absence, discipline and grievance matters
Identify opportunities for processes’ automation and ensure implementation
Continuously improve the quality of HR data and processes to ensure trustworthy business metrics
Build dashboards & reporting to enable data transparency and accuracy
Actively participate as a working manager to foster a customer service focus and culture throughout the organization
Ensure timely, accurate, and value-added responses to all inquiries and requests
Ensuring efficacy, efficiency and accuracy in all payroll processes
Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and remain current in knowledge and practice on all regulatory and legal changes regarding Human Resources/Labor Law
Support management by following through on organizational decisions

Zahtevi pozicije

University degree, in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Service/Operation Management
Experience of designing compensation and benefits programs
Good knowledge of SAP HR or other HRIS
Good understanding of HR/Payroll interfaces
Strong capability to lead, develop and motivate a team
Comfort managing up and across the organization, with strong credibility and the ability to influence leaders and teams - excellent collaboration skills
Excellent communication and organization skills
Excellent decision-making and analytical skills with the ability to resolve a wide variety of complex issues or problems
Working knowledge of employment law
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Excellent spoken and written English knowledge
Advanced level of MS Office
