QUALITY MANAGER
Location: Kragujevac
Manages the quality control department
Customer complaint management
Manages complaints towards suppliers, materials
Responsible for incoming inspection and supplier quality processes
Approves the start of production and preforms process control
Monitors and evaluates of internal production processes
Reports, evaluates, suggests and executes the measures of Quality KPIs
Responsible for the Quality improvement
Cooperates with relevant departments in sampling preparation
Inspects final output and compares it with customer requirements
Keeps accurate documentation and performs statistical analysis
Technical educational background preferable, at least Bachelor degree
Ability to structure quality processes and experience in people management
Knowledgeable in ISO standards
Experienced in auditing
At 3+ years of people management experience in Quality department
Familiarity with welding process is an advantage
