Supporting the Jadar Project with respect to the compliance related issues and king on behalf of Rio Tinto, conduct business in an ethical and compliant manner.
Identify compliance related risks, resolve compliance-related issues and ensure remediation actions plans are established and implemented.
Provide face-to-face training to the employees, support in online trainings to the employees and third-parties, and respond to enquiries with respect to policies and procedures.
Conduct monitoring activities to provide assurance over the effectiveness of the Compliance Programme and implementation of E&C Standards and Procedures.
Support Risk, Assurance and Compliance Forums, management meetings or other forums providing governance and oversight over compliance related risks.
Participate in deep dive onsite reviews as allocated per the plan.
Act as main point of contact with respect to data privacy mattersthe Data Privacy for Jadar Project.
Support the Investigations process as required. Ensure investigation remediation plans are implemented and tracked, and lessons learned disseminated.
Work closely in a team environment with E&C Compliance, Data Privacy, Investigations and Operations teams to achieve E&C’s objectives and priorities.  

Zahtevi pozicije

University degree (or similar professional qualification) in the field of Finance, Compliance, auditing and/or risk.
Professional certificates for compliance related training, risk management, and/or auditing desirable.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance, audit, internal controls or other risk governance functions preferably including exposure to commodity trading and other commercial processes such as sales & marketing and procurement.
Having worked with multiple stakeholders and management, located across multiple regions and time-zones
Strong knowledge around requirements of a compliance program and the elements
Self-motivated with high energy and strong personal integrity
Ability to handle matters discretely and confidentially
Strong analytical and project management and implementation skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interface with cross functional
Excellent organizational skills and strong stakeholders’ management
Basic knowledge and understanding of local legislative requirements, current compliance practices and industry standards
Fluent in communicating in Serbian as native language and working English level
