Our client is a multinational company, large and fast-growing system solutions provider to the global automotive industry, serving multiple industries worldwide. On their behalf,  ManpowerGroup Serbia is searching for passionate and skilled candidates for various positions to join their team in the new production site in Serbia.



  • Personnel management, personnel planning and personnel development
  • Compliance with the specified quality guidelines and customer requirements
  • Completion of the projects by means of on-schedule initial sampling and grade 1
  • Tasks are described in the corporate guideline P30-05
  • Execution of the commissioned projects according to project management
  • Ensuring the metrological processing, e.g. function-measure-point concept, measuring
  • procedures (series) etc.
  • Ensure that a consistent P-FMEA and production control plan (PLP) based on the D-FMEA is available on time.
  • Participation in production test runs and conducting product and process audits at the plant
  • Evaluation of the processes and granting of process approvals
  • Analysis of quality problems, leading the 8D team
  • Problem Solving, Quick Reaction and Solving of Customer and Internal Complaints
  • Processing of complaints in customer portals


  • Min. high school diploma, Bachelor degree desirable
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in same or similar positions
  • Knowledge in the application of QM methods (APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, QRQC)
  • Professional handling of MS Office, customer portals and QM systems of the customers
  • Excellent spoken and written English language
  • Good communication skills
