On behalf of our client, reputable IT company, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of: B2B Sales Specialist



• Mailing,   cold calling
• Deadline management
• Looking for new prospects and generate leads
• Updating the contact database
• Follow-up of prospects
• Mapping
- Schedule and conduct online demonstrations of IPzen
- Provide the training for new clients
- Client portfolio management : establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

- Writing articles for the blog (English and French),
- Revision of the commercial process and prospection campaign process (mailing and cold call),
- Ensuring competitive and technological watch,
- Elaborate and take ownership of the sales argument in relation to product marketing,
- Development of the business strategy


• Work experience as a sales representative in B2B (2-3 years minimum)
• You must be bilingual and be comfortable using both French & English in a business environment
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
