Manpower is a global leader and innovator in the field of human resources. In partnership with our client, reputable company from the executive search business, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who will participate in establishing the company’s core business in Serbia while dealing with the international markets (France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland).​

Experience in this field is not necessary. We are looking for motivated candidates, with a strong sense of responsibility, dedication and strong-will​.



  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for the international market​
  • Source potential candidates from various available channels​
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to match the most suitable candidates to different positions ​
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and aptitudes​
  • Spar with key stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into value-adding activities to attract and recruit the best talent​
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices​
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports​
  • Establish high user satisfaction for all those involved in the recruitment process - both internal and external​
  • Provide guidance, mentoring and assistance to other recruiters in the team​


  • High school degree ​
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment in similar roles would be a great advantage​
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting would be a great advantage​
  • Fluency in French or German – minimum C1 level​
  • Fluency in English – minimum B2 level​
  • Goal-oriented person​
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communicational and organizational skills ​
  • Motivated for further development and highly passionate about HR​
