Manpower is a global leader and innovator in the field of human resources. In partnership with our client, reputable company from the executive search business, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who will participate in establishing the company’s core business in Serbia while dealing with international markets (France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland).​


Experience in this field is not necessary. We are looking for motivated candidates, with a strong sense of responsibility, dedication and strong-will​.



  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for the international market, while understanding the needs of both sides: candidates` aspirations and clients` preferences ​
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and many other sources​
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications​
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to match the most suitable candidates to different positions ​
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and aptitudes​
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices​
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports ​
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process​


  • High school degree ​
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment in similar roles would be an advantage​
  • Fluency in French or German – minimum C1 level​
  • Fluency in English – minimum B2 level​
  • Goal-oriented person​
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communicational and organizational skills ​
  • Motivated for further development and highly passionate about HR​
