As an Industrial Asset Director, you will report to the CEO and will take a leading role in the strategic direction and overall management of the industrial asset management and operations within Marera Investment Group. Position requirements include a minimum of 5 years of industrial real estate experience as an asset management executive and deep and numerous relationships within the sector complemented by the ability to further develop, expand and maintain external relationships with key market participants, investment sales, leasing brokers, industrial users/tenants and lenders.



• Managing industrial segment in order to put company assets in maximum utilization assuring that revenue targets are achieved, complete portfolio is leased and maintained

• Execution of operating, leasing, asset management and investment strategies, programs and business plans

• Accommodate various class segments in order to enhance the efficiency and performance of the industrial portfolio

• Cross country expansion, driving from location definition to final positioning on the market

• Direct and oversee all leasing and property management relationships of industrial assets

• Organize and oversee the annual budget and operating expense reconciliation processes for the industrial sector in coordination with other internal and external contributors and stakeholders

• Develop, expand and maintain external relationships with key market participants including but not limited to leasing brokers, investment sales brokers, industrial users and existing owners of industrial assets

• Maintains complete and current knowledge of industrial market trends and competition

• Monitors and analyzes economic, legal, political and market conditions within assigned areas to maintain a current assessment of market risks


• Bachelor’s degree from university, business administration/management/economy field

• 5+ years’ in management positions experience within industrial sector with a demonstrated track record of over-achievement

• Computer proficiency including MS Office and property management software

• Proficient English

• Experience transacting with key broker relationships in all major national industrial markets is preferred

• Position requires advanced analytical/reasoning skills to analyze disparate information flows based on market specific practice into a meaningful, relative-value basis

• Ability to interpret and analyze risk, both physical and financial, in industrial lease transactions, and mitigate where appropriate through underwriting, deal structuring and other available resources

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in all areas of industrial real estate operations and asset management

• Strong written and verbal presentation skills that are directed to internal and external clients

• Possess a strong knowledge of the process of investing in institutional quality industrial real estate including financing, joint venturing, acquiring and operating assets.

• Strong networking skills and existing sector relationships including but not limited to; working closely with the brokerage community, direct sellers of real estate, industrial users, and joint venture partners to identify investment opportunities.
