On behalf of our client, MTU, ManpowerGroup Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Facility Manager.



MTU Aero Engines develops, manufactures, sells and services commercial and military propulsion systems for airplanes and helicopters, as well as industrial gas turbines. MTU Maintenance Serbia is a newly founded 100% subsidiary of MTU Aero Engines AG and we are looking for: Facility Manager (m/f)


Who will assure the effective construction and functioning of MTU facility in Nova Pazova to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company.

  • Works in facility implementation team on creation, promotion and management of project structures, including construction, conversions, renovations, workplace relocations, infrastructure and energy efficiency
  • Manages Specialist office for facility permit issues at MTU Serbia, Expert bodies for testing structural fire protection and Safety and health protection coordination office on construction sites
  • Responsible for project planning and operation of technical supply systems and fire protection technology (gases / fuels / extinguishing systems / sprinkler / fire alarm and emergency lighting systems)
  • Responsible for office layout planning, strategic office space planning etc.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical sciences, Facilities Management / Engineering or related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in project management, construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operation
  • Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, procurement and contracts
  • Desire to work in a dedicated team with self-initiative and "hands-on" mentality
