Marketing Manager OTC/FC
Location: Belgrade

Funkcija

Responsible for pharmaceutical product portfolio in OTC/FC.
Develop marketing plan and strategy, promotional campaigns/materials, and activities plans including investments.
Responsible for portfolio performance and control of the budget.
Sales channels performance analysis, market access, pricing structure and competitor analysis.
Use best practices and knowledge to improve products/services or processes.
Develop and ensure delivery of strategies to grow the OTC business.
Actively seek new brand opportunities for their potential to grow the company’s business
Initiate innovative ideas to achieve competitive superiority and mobilize cross-functional team to implement these.
Meet agreed sales targets for the portfolio.
Drive and continuously track achievement of sales, market share and brand health objectives, building performance insights based on marketing and sales activity evaluation and putting measures in place to ensure objectives are achieved, as required over time.
Responsible for cost-effective deployment of the annual advertising and promotional budget.
Manage advertising activities and communication campaigns to build brand and support sales.
Responsible for organization of promotional events.
Regular reporting including presentations and other ad-hoc reports

Podrazumevano

Minimum bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business related field
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in marketing, pharma industry preferred but not mandatory
Experience in international environment
Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels
Creativity, organizational skills and profound knowledge related to marketing
Strong MS Office skills
Fluency in English.
