On behalf of our client, Ferro, one of leaders in the sanitary and heating industry in Central and Eastern Europe, ManpowerGroup Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfil the position of:
Business Development Manager
Location: Skopje



Cooperate with local customers from this markets, develop sales through existing customers or with new customers, provide support for all partners
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Meet goals with business plan and Ferro Group strategy
Develop long term relations with customers by providing training, product presentations , logistic and technical support
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
Address customer satisfaction issues promptly
Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws in line with Ferro Group rules
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company


Education: technical or sales background
Minimun of 3 years of experience in sales or technical field of sanitary/plumbing products
PC literature – Advanced level of using MS Office is mandatory
Intermediate level of English language is mandatory
Driving license (B category)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Polite, confident and friendly manners
Initiative and positive attitude
