Handle technical customer inquiries as well as clarify and evaluate the technical and commercial content in coordination with the affected departments
Creating offers (series, prototype, change management, ...) and plausibility them to the OEM
Conducting of price, contract and cost negotiations within a defined framework
Manage internal and external customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction in product, price, quality, service, and technology
Leading Acquisition Projects: Leading the acquisition team, initiating or taking the necessary measures to ensure that ZF receives the desired customer orders


Successfully completed Bachelor or Master degree in (mechanics/electronics) engineering
First relevant working experience in sales engineering (preferably in automotive industry)
Experience with Microsoft office tools
Problem solving and analytical skills, strong personal initiative, very good analytical skills as well as communication skills
Excellent English and Serbian language skills both oral and written, good German skills
